The success of Bryant University Athletics can be attributed to the hard work and dedication of the student-athletes, coaches, and administration, but also to the many supporters of the Black & Gold. Bryant is fortunate to have these individuals who have supported its various programs with the necessary resources to allow the opportunity to compete at the Division I level.  One such individual is Jeff Doppelt ’73. A member of the Bryant baseball team as the school was making its move from Providence to Smithfield, Doppelt was a valuable member of the team throughout his career, leading the squad in batting average, slugging percentage and extra base hits.
