Softball Defeats Assumption 7-0 Sunday
WORCESTER, MASS - Lindsay Connor had three hits and drove in a
pair of runs as the Bryant softball team won its 24th game of the
season with a 7-0 win over Assumption College in a makeup game on
Sunday morning. The Bulldogs wrap up the regular season Monday with
a doubleheader at Saint Michael's.
Nikki Ingalls picked up the win by allowing just three hits and
striking out three Greyhounds in the game. Bryant led 3-0 at two
innings and broke the game open with a four-run third inning.
Deidre Kittredge and Amanda Wilbur each added a pair of hits while
Kittredge drove in two.
