How it Happened
- In the top of the first, the Bearcats scored five runs on a home run, single, triple, and groundout (5-0). Four of the runs came with zero outs.
- With one out in the bottom of the first, Jenks launched a solo home run over the left field wall to cut the deficit to four (5-1).
- Binghamton tallied five runs in the top of the second off a bases-loaded walk, a sacrifice fly, and two singles (10-1).
