MEN'S GOLF PLACES 11TH IN DOC GIMMLER TO OPEN FALL

FARMINGDALE, N.Y. - Bryant men's golf placed 11th in the Doc Gimmler Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 12 at the Bethpage State Park Golf Course to open its 2026 fall season.

Following two rounds of play on Saturday, the final round on Sunday, Sept. 13 was canceled due to inclement weather. All results from the first two rounds are final.

Matthew Downes finished 11th, ending even par after posting six-under-par 64 in the opening round.

As a team, the Bulldogs shot 282 (+2) in round one and 295 (+15) in round two to finish with a 577 total.
