BOSTON- Bryant men's soccer juniors Santiago de Prado and Ramon Camejo were named America East Conference Defender and Goalkeeper of the Week for Week 2, announced Monday, August 31. The pair are the first Bulldog players this season to be awarded with America East Weekly Awards.

De Prado earns defender of the week honors after anchoring the Bryant defense that allowed 10 total shots and zero goals over 2 road games. He also scored his first goal of the season Saturday at Lafayette, while also providing an assist.

Camejo earns goaltender of the week honors on the back of his three save shutout Tuesday at URI. Camejo made crucial second half stops to keep URI off the scoresheet in route to his fifth career shutout.
 
Bryant returns home to Smithfield to take on Western Michigan on Wednesday, September 2 at 7:00 p.m. at Beirne Stadium. The match will be streamed on ESPN +.
