Bryant vs. Merrimack

• Bryant is 15-2-1 against Merrimack at the Division I level. The Bulldogs are 7-0-1 in the last eight meetings dating back to 2023.
• The Bulldogs and Warriors had their first meeting of the season canceled due to winter weather.
• Last season, Bryant and Merrimack played to a 9-9 tie at Conaty Park before the Bulldogs earned a 9-5 win in Lawrence.

Bulldog Notes and Notables

• Bryant enters the week at 24-20 overall following a series victory at NJIT over the weekend. The Bulldogs won 4-0 and 5-2 before dropping the finale, 5-3.
• The Bulldogs are 10-12 in their last 22 games and are closting out an 11-game road trip at Merrimack. Bryant is 5-5 on the road trip.
• Bryant has won eight of its 12 series this season. That includes five-of-seven America East series.
• Bryant continues to be one of the best base-stealing teams in the country, entering the week with 131 in 44 games.
• The Bulldogs rank seventh in the nation in stolen bases (131) and fifth in stolen bases per game (2.98). The national leader is Northeastern with 181 total and 3.93 per game. The America East record for stolen bases is 145 set by Northeastern in 1991.

• Garcia has hit six home runs in the last 14 games and is hitting 41-115 with seven doubles, three triples, nine home runs, 31 RBI and 23 runs scored in the last 31 games. 
• Casey Wensley is hitting .337 with a team-leading 13 doubles, five triples, 29 RBI, 51 runs scored and a .433 OBP. He posted a three-hit game in the series finale at NJIT on Sunday.
• Gavin Greger is 12-for-21 over his last five games, raising his average to a career-high .299. He also owns a .384 OBP and has 18 stolen bases.

Scouting the Warriors

• Merrimack is 20-25 overall after picking up a huge weekend sweep of Mount St. Mary's in Emmitsburg. 
• The Warriors won the final two games 14-2 and 16-6. Merrimack is now hitting .264 with 82 doubles and 39 home runs.
• Joey Frammartino is hitting .318 with six home runs and 42 RBI, while Greg Cristino has 16 doubles, 11 home runs and 47 RBI.
• The Warriors are 4-7 in midweek games this season.
