- Kaden Hilburger will make his eighth start of the year on Friday and is 1-1 with a 5.19 ERA in 26.0 innings. He has allowed 24 hits, walked seven and struck out 22. Hilburger is owns a 4.32 ERA in two America East starts. He has allowed five runs (foue earned) on eight hits over 8.1 innings. Hilburger allowed three runs on six hits over 4.1 innings last week vs NJIT.
- Bryant has listed its Friday and Saturday starters as TBA for this weekend following a short turnaround from its series with NJIT. Dylan Scudder and Ty Davis started in Sunday's doubleheader with the Highlanders.
- Dylan Scudder enters the week with a 1-2 record and a 7.71 ERA in seven starts. He has allowed 33 hits, walked nine and struck out 19 in 25.2 innings. In league play, Scudder has allowed eight runs (7 earned) on 11 hits, one walk and eight strikeouts.
- Davis didn't allow a hit in the first conference start of his career but did issue four walks in 2.0 innings. On the year, Davis has a 4.15 ERA, 18 strikeouts and 10 walks in 17.1 innings. He's allowed just 14 hits on the year.
- Maine is slated to roll out the same weekend rotation it used in a series victory over UMass Lowell last weekend. Jason Krieger gets the ball in game one and is 0-4 with a 6.75 ERA in 37.1 innings. He has allowed 53 hits, walked 17 and struck out 21 in his return from an injury that cost him all of 2025. Krieger was solid last weekend vs UML, allowing two runs on eight hits over 5.0 innings. He led the team in strikeouts as an AE All-Rookie selection in 2024. He pitched twice against Bryant that year, allowing three runs on six hits over 6.0 innings in a start and two runs on two hits in 2.0 innings of relief.
- Gambardella enters the weekend at 2-3 with a 6.14 ERA in 36.2 innings. He has walked 21 and struck out 18 on the year. Gambardella has had a stellar career for Maine that includes Freshman All-America honors and America East Most Outstanding Player honors in 2024. He has made four career appearance against Bryant, throwing 17.0 innings and allowing nine runs (six earned) on 21 hits with four walks and 17 strikeouts.
- Larisa is a Lincoln, R.I., native that is 0-3 with a 6.52 ERA in 19.1 innings. He's allowed 22 hits, walked eight and struck out 14. Larisa has allowed 10 runs on 13 hits in two America East starts (10.0 innings) this season.
Bryant vs. Maine
- Bryant owns a 10-6 lead in the all-time series with Maine. The Bulldogs are 7-5 against the Black Bears since joining the America East.
- The Bulldogs have won 7-of-9, including a weekend sweep at Conaty Park last May. Bryant rallied to win game one 5-3 on a three-run eighth-inning home run from Brandyn Durand. Durand then tied game two with a home run in the bottom of the 11th and Zac Zyons walked it off four batters later.
- Bryant is just 2-4 against Maine in Orono. The Bulldogs were swept in 2023 but took 2-of-3 in 2024.

- Bryant enters the week at 16-10 overall following a midweek loss to Brown on Tuesday.
- Bryant has won each of its first two America East series and five of its first seven series this season.
- Bryant ranks 9th nationally in stolen bases per game (3.00). The Bulldogs have 78 stolen bases in 26 games. The school record is 98.
- The Bulldogs finished the month of March with a 13-5 record. It was the winningest March under head coach Ryan Klosterman.
