BOSTON, MASS. - Bryce Clendenin of the Bryant University softball team was named the America East Player of the Week by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.

Clendenin hit .500 over the weekend as the Bulldogs went 3-1 at the Blue Hen Invitational. She tallied five hits, two doubles, and a team-leading six RBI. She went 3-4 with four RBI in the first win against Le Moyne.

Clendenin is hitting .290 this season and has three multi-hit games this year. This is the first Player of the Week honor in her career.
