DARTMOUTH, Mass. - The Bryant cross country team took the trip down I-195 to compete in the UMass Dartmouth Invitational, the second meet of the season. The women's team ran in the 6k competing against ample competition in 35 opposing schools and the men's team ran in the 8k competing against 32 total schools.

Senior Jasmine Trott finished the 6k in third place with a time of 21:25.23. More than half of the women's team finished in the top 100. With Trott's outing and the effort of her team, the women's team finished the invitational in 7th place. The men's team trotted out ten runners to compete in the UMass Dartmouth Invitational. Aiden Masse, Jack Moir and Bryson Fears finished in the top 100, good enough to get the edge on host university UMass Dartmouth and finish in 13th place.
