Women's Rowing Announces 2025 Schedule

SMITHFIELD, RI — Bryant University women's rowing head coach, Stephanie Ricker, announces the 2025 season schedule. This marks Bryant's second race season as a full Division I program. Women's rowing will compete in a series of eight races from January to May.

To start the year, on January 31st the Black and Gold will first compete in a Virtual HOCR, a remote rowing competition that allows participants to race from anywhere in the world. Competitors can use a rowing machine or row on open water, submitting their times online to determine the final order (World Rowing).

The Bulldogs will then head up to Amherst, Massachusetts, where they are set to compete in the Amherst Invitational on March 29. They will continue their Massachusetts tour in Shrewsbury, where they will compete in the annual Assumption Invitational on April 5.

Continuing spring action, the Bulldogs will road trip down to Cherry Hill, NJ, from April 12 to April 13 to compete in the Knecht Cup. To round out April, the Bulldogs will set their sights on upstate New York for the Novak Memorial Invitational, hosted by Iona College.

To kick off May, the Bulldogs will compete in the New England Rowing Championships in Worcester, Massachusetts, before heading to the shore of Connecticut for the Sacred Heart Invitational.
