Bryant Women's Swim Compete in the U.S. Open Championships

GREENSBORO, NC -- The Bryant University women's swimming and diving team competed in the U.S.Open Championships this week in Greensboro, North Carolina, at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

Bryant women's swim sent along Freshmen Ruby Tonelli-Smith and Alice Stenbeck who competed in the Fly and Breaststroke events.

Notes and Notables:

Ruby Tonelli-Smith placed 13th in the Women's 200 Yard Butterfly with a 2:04.02 and 16th in the women's 100 Yard Butterfly with a 55.57.
Alice Stenbeck placed 50th in the Women's 100 Yard Breaststroke and 27th in the Women's 200 Yard Breaststroke with a time of 1:05.48 and 2:21.48.
