LEXINGTON, VA. -- Three gold medals and six total medals have the Bryant women's swimming and diving team in first place after day three of the 2026 America East Swimming and Diving Championships.
Bryant closed out day three with 582 points, 127 points ahead of second place New Hampshire.

Notes and Notables
- Ruby Tonelli-Smith kicked off the night with a conference record swim in the 100 fly, taking her second gold of the championships with a time of 53.10. The time also set meet, pool and program records.
- Clara Steen earned a bronze in the event, finishing with a time of 55.28. Sofia Doersch finished fourth, Marcella Figueroa placed 6th and Ava Mustacciuolo was 8th in the event.
- Amanda Witkus swam to a fifth-place finish in the 400 IM. Martha Sell, Addison Abreu and Anna Jackson all swam in the 'B' final.
- Jill Carline grabbed a bronze medal in the 200 free, finishing with a time of 1:50.90. Katherine Bailey, Makayla Pearce and Aurelie Honsberger finished 4-6 in the event.
- Jocie Niemczyk collected Bryant's second gold of the day and the first of her career in the 100 breast, winning the event with a time of 1:01.58. Megan Diamond finished ninth in the event.
- Clara Steen picked up a silver in the 100 back, finishing with a time of 55.45. Elise Richardson finished fourth. Jacqui Fox (12th), Sell (14th) and Mustacciuolo (16th) swam in the 'B' final.
- Bryant closed the night with a gold medal in the 400 medley relay. Steen, Niemczyk, Tonelli-Smith and Carline swam to a time of 3:41.34, over a second faster than the second place Wildcats.
