LEXINGTON, VA. --
Ruby Tonelli-Smith and
Megan Beasley won gold medals to highlight another strong performance from the Bryant women's swimming and diving team on day two of the 2026 America East Swimming and Diving Championships.
Bryant remains in first place with 310 points, 75 points ahead of second-place New Hampshire (235). Vermont sits in third with 218 points.

Notes and Notables
- A year after finishing ninth in the event as a freshman, Tonelli-Smith took home gold in the 200 IM with a time of 2:02.02. It marks her second individual gold medal.
- It also highlighted a dominant performance in the event for the Black and Gold, as Jocie Niemczyk took bronze and Amanda Witkus and Addison Abreu went 7-8.
- Beasley completed a strong performance at the championships taking home her second career gold -- and first in the 3 meter. She won the event with a score of 276.15.
- Molly Gordon picked up bronze in the event, scoring 255.30.
- Katherine Bailey earned her first medal as a Bulldog, finishing second in the 500 free with a time of 4:52.73. Makayla Pearce (4th) and Aurelie Honsberger (7th) also finished in the top eight for Bryant. Anna Jackson represented Bryant in the 'B' final.
- In the 50 free, Marcella Figueroa finished eighth, while Sofia Doersch (10th) and Megan Diamond (12th) finished in the top 16.
