SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- The Bryant University baseball team will hold a ribbon cutting for the new artificial turf at Conaty Park on October 14. 

The event will be a part of Homecoming Weekend at Bryant and will take place prior to the football game against Robert Morris. Details of the event are below.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will celebrate the installation of the state-of-the-art artificial turf over the summer. With the installation of artificial turf, Conaty Park remains one of the region's premier baseball venues.
