CORPUS CHRISTI, N.J. -- The eighth-seeded Bryant University men's tennis team fell to top-seeded New Orleans, 4-1, in the first round of the 2023 Southland Conference Men's Tennis Championships Thursday.

- Marcus Macaulay and Diego Serra Sparrow won 7-5 at No. 2, while Nick Lorenz and Leonardo Mileikowsky picked up a 6-4 win at No. 3.
