this afternoon over Assumption.

Welcome to Today's Game
The Bryant University baseball team hosts Northeast-10 opponent
Assumption College today at the Bryant Baseball Complex. This is
the final contest of a three-game season series between the
Bulldogs and the Greyhounds, with Bryant leading the series, 2-0
after a pair of convincing wins in Saturday's doubleheader in
Worcester, Mass.
On the Mound
Junior righthander Dan Lozeau will take his 2-2
record to the mound for Bryant this afternoon. The Pelham, NH
native sports a 5.13 ERA in seven starts and has 13 strikeouts
with one complete game. Opponents are batting .308 against the
hurler in 40.1 innings of work.
Leader of the Pack
Taylor Ferguson has been dynamite so far in the
month of April and is leading the Bulldogs in nearly every
offensive statistic. For the month, the sophomore is hitting a
team-best .404 (19-for-47) in 12 games with team highs in: runs
scored (12), doubles (4), RBI (11), home runs (1), total
bases (26), slugging percentage (.553) and steals (6). Nick
Campbell has a team-leading 20 hits in April, batting .385
with 12 runs, five steals and the only triple of the month for
Bryant.
Next Up
The Bulldogs travel to Southern Connecticut State University
tomorrow (Tuesday, April 15) for a 3:30 p.m. matchup against the
Owls before returning home Thursday, April 17 to host the Southern
Connecticut and staying home Saturyday, April 19 for a doubleheader
against Merrimack College.
