Casey Wensley reached five times,
Mike Fiatarone doubled twice and three bullpen arms combined for seven scoreless innings as the Bryant baseball team won Sunday's rubber match against Binghamton with an 8-4 victory at Conaty Park.
With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 8-8 overall and 2-1 in America East play on the year. Bryant is scheduled to welcome Holy Cross (Tuesday) and Dartmouth (Wednesday) in midweek games.
Bryant trailed 4-1 early in the contest but scored the game's final seven runs to earn the series win. Wensley collected three hits and walked twice, while Fiatarone delivered a pair of crucial RBI doubles to pace the Bryant offense.

Tommy Flaherty combined to allow just three hits over seven scoreless innings to close out the win.

How it Happened
- Binghamton grabbed a 2-0 lead in the first as Tommy Popoff singled with the bases loaded.
- Bryant was able to plate a run in the bottom of the first as Hunter Kingsbury drove in a run with a sac fly to right.
- The Bearcats pushed their lead to 4-1 with runs in the second and third. In the second, a two-out walk led to an RBI double, while back-to-back doubles plate a run in the third.
- Bryant would score the next seven runs of the game, plating a single run in the third, three in the fourth, two more in the fifth and one in the seventh.
- In the third, Wensley opened the inning with a single and then raced all the way around the bases as Saul drilled a 1-2 pitch into left for a two-out RBI double.
- In the fourth, Gaudreau singled to center and Fiatarone followed with a deep drive to right center that scored Gaudreau from first to make it 4-3. Bryant then loaded the bases with one out and Garcia hit what appeared to be an inning-ending double play to short but the throw to first got away, scoring two runs and giving Bryant a 5-4 lead.
- Binghamton looked to answer immediately, putting runners on second and third with one out in the top of the fifth. Dressler buckled down and struck out the next two batters to end the rally.
- Bryant took the momentum into the bottom of the inning, plating two runs to make it 7-4. Saul and Hackett singled to put runners on the corners and Gaudreau followed with a sac fly to center. Fiatarone then ripped a two-out double into the right field corner to score Hackett.
- Wensley made it 8-4 in the seventh as he hit a ground-rule double to center to score Gaudreau.
