Fernando Delgado notched his second goal of the season lifting the Bryant University men's soccer team to a 1-0 victory over No. 20 UMass on Saturday afternoon at Rudd Field.
Bryant's fourth-straight win improves its record to 4-0-1 and marks the first win against a ranked team since beating No. 10 New Hampshire in the 2023 America East Championship
The game was in deadlock with neither team getting a chance to break through the tassel.
Jaime Amaro curled in a cross right on the money to
Fermin Rodriguez who delivered a crisp pass off his left leg to
Fernando Delgado who snuck the ball past the goalkeeper for the score.
