Megan Smith's second-quarter goal was the difference as the Bryant field hockey team defeated Merrimack, 1-0, on Sunday afternoon at Cowen Field.
With the win, the Bulldogs snap a nine-game losing streak and improve to 3-9 overall. Bryant hits the road next weekend with games at Maine (Friday) and Brown (Sunday).
