LOWELL, Mass. – UMass Lowell scored three first-half goals to earn a 4-0 victory over the Bryant field hockey team in an America East contest Friday afternoon.
With the loss, the Bulldogs have now lost four straight games and fall to 3-7 overall and 0-2 in league play. Bryant wraps up the weekend on Sunday as it hosts Brown at Cowen Field.
Sara DeSousa posted five first-half saves for the Bulldogs, while
Maud van Lierop turned away nine shots in the second half.
