SMITHFIELD, RI – Michelle Muniz had 22 kills and 15 digs but it was not enough as the Bryant University volleyball team fell to visiting Dowling 3-2 Saturday at the Chace Athletic Center.  Game scores were 30-17, 30-17, 25-30, 26-30, 15-11. 

The Bulldogs started slow, dropping the first two matches but bounced back to win the next two 30-25, 30-26 only to fall in the fifth.  Jessica Cegarra had 12 kills and three blocks while Vanessa Lavallee added 10 kills and 10 digs defensively.

The Bulldogs will host UMass Lowell Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
