Volleyball Wins Pair at Invitational Saturday

Smithfield, RI – Jessica Cegarra had 14 kills while Michelle Muniz and Lindsay Klix each added 10 kills as the Bryant University women's volleyball team defeated Mercy in the first game of day two at the Bryant Invitational at the Chace Athletic Center.

The Bulldogs went on to beat St. Anslem in their second match of the day 3-0 behind an outstanding performance from Tiffany Garry. Garry had 37 assists and added 9 kills with no attacking errors.

Bryant University is now 4-4 overall and 2-0 in the Northeast-10 Conference. The Bulldogs will host St. Anslem on Tuesday, September 13 at 7:00pm.
