SMITHFIELD, RI – Michelle Muniz (Guaynabo, P.R.) pounded out 16 kills and added eight digs as the Bryant volleyball team rolled to a 3-0 win over visiting Saint Michael's College Sunday afternoon.  Game scores were 30-17, 30-19, 30-18.  With her 16 kills, Muniz now moves above the 2,000 career kill mark and needs just 38 kills to break the school record of 2,045 held by former standout Maria Bras. 

With Sunday's win, Bryant stretches its Northeast-10 regular season unbeaten streak to 33 matches dating back to the 2002 season. 

Against the Purple Knights (0-7, 0-6 NE-10), Jessica Cegarra (Danville, NH) had seven kills to move above the 1,000 career kill mark while Lindsay Klix (Rochester Hills, MI) had nine kills.   Bryant will host Merrimack College Tuesday night (7 pm) at the Chace Athletic Center.
