Coach Howard

Reilly Howard

Reilly Howard was named the Assistant Coach / Director of Basketball Operations in the summer of 2024.

Most recently, Howard served as a Graduate Assistant at Geroge Washington. During the 2023-2024 season, she helped aid the Revolutionaries in a 13-18 overall record. While with the Revolutionaries, she worked with Mayowa Taiwo who rose to third all-time on GW's career rebounding leaderboard. Under the tutelage of head coach Caroline McCombs, Howard aided in all daily operations of the program on and off the court.

Prior to her role at GW, Howard served as Assistant Coach for St. Mary's College of Maryland. While with St. Mary's, her main duties included coordinating all facets of team travel, breaking down all film for team use, assisting in the daily operation of team practices, holding individual skill sessions with student-athletes, and managing the program's social media accounts.

Prior to her role at St. Mary's, Howard served as a student manager for Florida State's women's basketball program from 2017-2022. With the Seminoles, her duties included assisting in daily practices, coordinating facility setup for home events, operating on-campus recruiting activities, coding practice and game film, and helping compile scouting reports.

Howard graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Florida State in 2020. She then returned to FSU and earned a Master of Science degree in Sport Management as well, graduating in 2022.
