Justin DeSousa begins his first season as an assistant coach with the Bulldogs in the Fall of 2025.

DeSousa comes to Smithfield following a year and a half at Florida International University, serving as an assistant coach/performance analyst with the women's soccer program.

DeSousa also extensive experience in club soccer, working as a head coach and Academy Director for Miami Athletic Club USL and as a head coach for Hollywood FC.
