Nick Napolitano begins his first season as a member of the Bryant men's basketball staff in 2024-25.
Napolitano graduated from Keene State College in May 2024, spending five seasons as a student assistant coach with the Owls. He earned a degree in Sport & Rec Management and a double minor in Business Management and Public Relations.
Napolitano was part of a Keene State staff that led the Owls to three-straight 20-win seasons and three straight Little East Conference Tournament Championships (2022, 2023, 2024). The Owls advanced to the Division III Sweet 16 each of the last two seasons. Napolitano also played a pivotal role in recruiting two-time DIII All-American Octavio Brito.
As a coach, Napolitano assisted in day-to-day operations, daily practices and practice prep, and facilitated gameday travel, meals and equipment.Â
