Marc Rybczyk begins his first season with the Bulldogs in 2025-26. He will serve as Player Development and Advanced Scouting.

Rybczyk brings 18 years of collegiate coaching experience across Division I, II and III, including three seasons as a head coach.

His most recent stop was as an assistant and recruiting coordinator at St. Francis Brooklyn in 2022-23. Rybczyk spent the 2021-22 season with the Albany Patroons of The Basketball League (TBL) and 2013-19 as the head assistant at Niagara.

Prior to his time at Niagara, Rybczyk spent three years as an assistant at Division II LIU Post (2010-13) and two seasons as the head coach at Southern Connecticut State University (2008-10). 

Rybczyk's other stops include an interim head coaching stop at SUNY Cobleskill (2005-06) and five years as an assistant at the University of New Haven (2000-05).

As a player, Rybczyk graduated from Central Connecticut in 1997 and still holds the single-game record with 11 three-point field goals. He ranks third in school history with 235 career threes.
