Harley Fuller is now in his first season as Associate Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Bryant University, his third stop with Head Coach Jamion Christian.
Harley Fuller arrives following a highly successful four-year tenure at Mohawk Valley College, where he guided the program to two NJCAA Tournament appearances, a 109–30 overall record, and the first NJCAA National Championship in school history. His 2024–2025 team finished 29–1, sweeping Region 3 and Mountain Valley Conference titles while earning him NJCAA National Coach of the Year, Region 3 Coach of the Year, and Conference Coach of the Year honors.
Under Fuller’s leadership, Mohawk Valley became one of the nation’s most balanced programs, ranking first nationally in scoring defense (61.8 PPG allowed) and holding opponents to 36.3 percent shooting and 26.0 percent from three-point range. Offensively, the Hawks were among the top ten in the country in scoring (84.4 PPG), field-goal percentage (47.8%), and rebounding margin (+12.0), combining pace, precision, and toughness throughout their championship run.
During his time at Mohawk Valley, Fuller coached several players who advanced to NCAA Division I programs, including Travis Gray (FIU/Wagner), Tyruse Boock (Iona), and Andre Pasha (New Haven).
Before joining Bryant, Fuller spent three seasons (2018–2021) as an Assistant Coach at Siena College, contributing to one of the program’s most successful stretches in recent history. Siena captured MAAC Regular Season and Tournament titles, earned an NCAA Tournament berth, and developed 9 all conference standouts, and 2 Conference player of the year award winners. Addtionally, Fuller helped recruit and develop Jalen Pickett (Denver Nuggets), Jordan King (Richmond / A-10 Player of the Year), and Aidan Carpenter (Sacred Heart) while overseeing offensive strategy, scouting, and player development.
Fuller previously served as an Assistant Coach/Director of Scouting and Player Development Strategies at Mount St. Mary’s University, helping the program to an 18–14 record, the No. 2 seed in the Northeast Conference, and conference Player and Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2018.
Earlier, he guided Mayfield High School (NY) to its first sectional appearance in seven years and coached on the AAU circuit with the Albany City Rocks, working with a number of future Division I athletes.
A native of Broadalbin, New York, Fuller played collegiately at the two year level before heading the NCAA Division 1 level at Florida International University before spending five seasons as a professional in Germany and Argentina, where he totaled 1,543 points, and 556 assists . He was inducted into the New York State Basketball Hall of Fame in 2023 and is the proud Father of 9 year old Grayson Fuller.
