Nick Russo coached his first year with the Bulldogs as a Graduate Assistant and Running Backs Coach.

Russo led Fabrice Mukendi and Ryan Clark, who tallied 11 TDs. Simi Bakare also had two TDs on the ground, and Bakare caught a receiving TD. The Black and Gold avaeraged 115 ypg on the ground.
