Brittany Vasconcelos '13 enters her fifth season with the Bulldogs in 2024-25.

Bryant enjoyed a historic season in 2023, finishing with an 8-9 overall record. Bryant's eight wins were its most since 2014, while its victories over Stanford and UC Davis to close the year were its first America East wins in program history. 

In 2022, Vasconcelos helped the Bulldogs put together their best since in nearly a decade. Bryant went 5-14 and scored 30 goals, both the most for the program since 2013. The Black and Gold featured one America East All-Rookie selection. 

Vasconcelos helped the Bulldogs place three players on the All-NEC teams and 13 on the NFHCA National Academic squad. Under her tutelage, Taryn Rauff earned All-NEC First Team honors with eight goals and 17 points. Bryant also had two others score multiple goals, while Brittany Gouws earned All-NEC honors after posting two goals and four defensive saves.

A 2013 graduate of Bryant, Vasconcelos appeared in 64 career games for the Black and Gold from 2009-12. She finished her career with three goals and four assists for 10 points. Vasconcelos also excelled in the classroom, earning NEC Academic Honor Roll honors all four years.

At Brown, Vasconcelos helped the Bears post 12 victories in two seasons. She assisted with practice planning and game management, worked with both field players and goalies and assisted with camps and clinics. 

In addition to her time at Brown, Vasconcelos coached several levels in the field hockey community. She has served as a head coach in the USA Field Hockey Futures Program since 2016 and as a head coach with Cape Cod Field Hockey since 2017. She also spent one season as an assistant coach at UMass Dartmouth, helping four Corsairs earn All-Little East honors. Vasconcelos started her coaching career as the head coach of Tiverton High in 2014. She posted a 24-12-1 career record, leading Tiverton to a pair of playoff appearances.
