SMITHFIELD, R.I. — The Bryant swimming and diving program welcomes Billy Regan to its coaching staff as an assistant coach for the 2026-2027 season.
Regan studied at Ohio State and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education. At Ohio State, he was a member of their
swim team for four years, qualifying for the Olympic Trials his senior year. In addition, Regan was a three-time B1G 10 All-Academic selection, CSCAA Scholar All-American, and B1G Ten Distinguished Scholar.
"We are very excited to welcome Billy to our staff", said Head Coach
Katie Cameron, "Having competed at such a high level, we're confident Billy will bring plenty of guidance and perspective to our team. He has already shown tremendous enthusiasm for being a part of the Bulldogs, and we're excited to see the impact he will make."
After completing his education, Regan gained coaching experience at different levels, most recently serving as the Head Age Group Swim Coach at the Darien YMCA as well as Darien High School's assistant coach.
"I'm so excited to get to know each and every one of you. I will strive to get the most out of you each day as we work together to reach our season goals.
