LOWELL, Mass. – The Bryant women's lacrosse team recorded their second straight conference win on Saturday afternoon, defeating the UMass Lowell Riverhawks 16-10 at Cushing Field.
With the win, Bryant moves to 7-4 overall and 2-0 in conference play. This is the first time Bryant has started 2-0 in the America East since joining the conference in the 2023 season. The Bulldogs take on UMass Amherst on Wednesday on the road.
Gabriella Constant led the offensive attack for the Bulldogs, scoring a career-high eight goals. She now has 36 goals through 11 games this season and has recorded six hat tricks.
Emily DeGeorge tallied four goals for the Bulldogs. DeGeorge now has 28 goals in 10 games this season and has recorded six hat tricks.

How it Happened
- The Riverhawks raced out to a 2-0 lead in the opening minutes.
- Bryant responded with a 4-0 run led by two goals from Constant and goals from Riley O'Mara and DeGeorge.
- Constant completed the hat trick in the second frame, ripping a shot into the left side of the net. Bryant remained in control as Constant added two more and Ashling Marshall scored on the woman-up to go up 8-3.
- UMass Lowell stayed alive by going on a 4-0 run to trail 8-7 late in the second quarter.
- DeGeorge put an end to the Riverhawks run by finishing a feed from Sophia Fruci. The Riverhawks then scored with 28 seconds left in the half to trail 9-8 at the break.
