BULLDOGS FALL TO UMASS ON WEDNESDAY

Box Score LOWELL, Mass. – UMass had three players recorded hat tricks in a 23-7 victory over the Bryant women's lacrosse team on Wednesday afternoon at Garber Field.

With the loss, Bryant falls to 7-5 overall. Wednesday marked Bryant's final non-conference game of the season .

Gabriella Constant recorded a hat trick, while Ashling Marshall and Riley O'Mara each added a pair of goals for the Bulldogs.

How it Happened
  • UMass scored twice in the first two minutes of the game to get things going. 
  • Ashling Marshall potted her first of the game at the 7:32 mark to get the Bulldogs on the board.
  • The Minutewomen, however, scored the final three goals of the quarter (5-1).
  • Bryant battled back in the second as Constant scored twice in the first 2:30 of the quarter to make it 5-3.
