Mia Mancini led the way for the Bulldogs, scoring 15 points.

- Bryant ended the quarter on an 8-4 run, Nia Scott posted four points during the run, giving the Bulldogs a 23-15 lead heading into the second quarter.
- The Black Bears earned a slight 7-6 edge, creating a seven-point lead (29-22) for the Bulldogs at the 4:28 media timeout. Mancini knocked down two from deep in the quarter.
- Maine countered with a 9-2 run to end the half, tying the game at 31.
- The Black Bears jumped out to an 8-3 run, resulting in a 39-34 deficit for the Bulldogs with 4:54 remaining in the third quarter.
- The Black and Gold scored six to end the third quarter, while Maine posted six as well, giving the Black Bears a five-point lead heading into the fourth (45-40).
