NEW ORLEANS - Bryant men's and women's cross country earned United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team honors as announced by the organization last Thursday.
Jasmine Trott was recognized with individual All-Academic honors. In order to qualify for individual All-Academic honors, student-athletes must hold a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and finish in the top 25 (or top 10 percent) at the NCAA Regional Championships or earn All-America honors at the NCAA Championships.
Bryant women's cross country recorded a cumulative GPA of 3.5, while the men's program recorded a cumulative GPA of 3.45. To qualify for All-Academic Team honors, teams must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, including the most recent grading period.
