SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Madison Damer earned ECC co-bowler of the week honors, announced by the conference on Thursday afternoon.

This is the first time Damer has received the award this season.

Damer had a great weekend, helping her team finish first at the NU Spring Classic in Niagara Falls, NY. She finished 6th overall individually, earning a spot on the All-Tournament Team with a total pinfall of 1,013 for five games. She also bowled a season-high 267 in the last match on Saturday, helping her team get one step closer to the win and a 9-1 record for the weekend.

Damer also averaged an impressive 23.87 for baker format on Sunday, playing a key role during the championship match against Mercyhurst. She was also 100% on single pin spares on Sunday and had a strike percentage of over 70%.

The Bulldogs are back in action this weekend, competing in the Stallings Invitational in Greensboro, NC.
