EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The No. 24 nationally ranked Bryant women's bowling team hosted the New England Cup on Sunday at East Providence Lanes, earning a second-place finish with a 2-2 record.

Bryant earned wins over Merrimack and Saint Anselm but fell to No. 10 Sacred Heart in the first match and the championship.

Prior to the start of competition, the Bulldogs honored their four seniors that have been with the program since its inception, including Abby Unson, Stephanie Kotropoulos, Laura Clark, and Olivia Hillman.

After the New England Cup, the Bulldogs overall record improved to 39-27 this season.

The Bulldogs had three out of the five all-tournament team members including Clark, Hillman, and Brianna Mester. Clark finished first overall.

Bryant closes out the regular season with the NU Brunswick Spring Classic next weekend (Feb 21-22) in Niagara Falls, NY.
