Box Score LOWELL, Mass. – Three players finished with 20 points as UMass Lowell completed a season sweep of the Bryant men's basketball team with an 88-69 victory on Thursday night at the Kennedy Family Athletic Center.
With the loss, the Bulldogs fall to 8-17 overall and 4-7 in league play. Bryant will face Vermont on Saturday afternoon in Burlington to close out the week. Saturday's game will air on NESN.
On Thursday, Angel Montas Jr. (24), Darryl Yepdo (22) and Xavier Spencer (22) all finished with 20+ points as the River Hawks shot 54 percent from the field and 47 percent from three. UML decided the game with hot starts to each half, going 13-of-19 in the first eight minutes of the game and 10-of-12 in the first nine minutes of the second half.
Keegan Harvey led Bryant with a career-high 28 points on 9-of-14 shooting from the field. He was 3-of-5 from three and 7-of-9 from the line while adding 10 boards for his second double-double.
Timofei Rudovskii added 11, while
Khalil Williams finished with 10.
