Bryant women's soccer announces 2025 schedule

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Highlighted by a trip to 15-time NCAA Tournament Boston University, Bryant women's soccer announced its 2025 schedule on Tuesday morning.

The Bulldogs are coming off a historic season in 2024 that ended with the program's first appearance in the America East Conference Championships. Bryant finished 5-9-4 overall and 3-4-1 in league play and will be under the direction of Andy Biggs, who enters his 11th year on the sidelines this fall.

Schedule Highlights
  • Hosting Northeastern for the first time since the 2010 season.
  • Ocean State Cup matchup at Rhode Island on Sept. 4.
  • Trip to Boston on Sept. 14 to take on the Terriers for the first time since 2009.
  • America East home games with Binghamton (Sept. 28), UAlbany (Oct. 5), New Hampshire (Oct. 16) and UMass Lowell (Oct. 30).
Bryant opens the season on the road this year, traveling Stonehill (Aug. 17) and Siena (Aug. 24). The Bulldogs split those games at home last season, falling to the Saints before earning a 5-0 win against the Skyhawks.

The Black and Gold open their home slate on August 28 when they host Northeastern under the lights at Beirne Stadium. It will be the Huskies first trip to Smithfield since 2010. Bryant will wrap up its first home weekend with a Sunday afternoon (Aug. 31) matchup with Merrimack.

Bryant closes non-conference play with games against Rhode Island (Thu, Sept. 4 in Kingston), Sacred Heart (Wed, Sept. 10 at home) and Boston U (Sun, Sept. 14 in Boston). The Bulldogs' trip to Nickerson Field to take on the Terriers will be the first meeting between the programs since the 2009 season. BU has reached the NCAA Tournament 15 times and is the reigning Patriot League champions.

America East play opens on the 21st of September as the Bulldogs head to Burlington to take on Vermont. Bryant's first home conference game is the following Sunday (Sept. 28) against Binghamton.
Bryant will face the two-time defending America East Champion Maine Black Bears on Thursday, October 2 in Orono. The Black and Gold will close out that weekend at home against UAlbany on Oct. 5.

The Bulldogs close out conference play at UMBC (Oct. 12), home against UNH (Oct. 16), at NJIT (Oct. 19) and home against UMass Lowell (Oct. 30). The Halloween-eve matchup with the River Hawks represents a rematch of last year's America East Quarterfinals, won by UML, 2-1.
