Meaghan Houk of the Bryant University softball team hit a grand slam in the 12-0 victory during game one against Maine.
Hannah Cochran had three RBI, while
McKenzie McAloon,
Faith Valenzuela, and
Jaelynn Lee all tallied two hits.
The Bulldogs fell 5-2 in game two.

- The Black and Gold scored seven runs in the top of the fifth.
How it Happened (GM1)
- In the top of the third, Sam Rohwer hit a leadoff double, Meaghan Houk drew a walk, and then McKenzie McAloon hit a single to right field, bringing home two (2-0).
- Faith Valenzuela hit a leadoff single, followed by a Jaelynn Lee single, leading to three runs on a throwing error and Rohwer ground out (5-0) in the top of the fourth inning.
- Bryce Clendenin was walked, and McAloon was hit by a pitch on the next at-bat. Lee then hit an RBI-single up the middle, scoring two (7-0), followed by a Hannah Cochran RBI-single (8-0). Rohwer was walked, loading the bases, and then Houk launched a grand slam over the left-field wall (12-0).
