HUNTSVILLE, TX. – The Bryant University softball team dropped both games to Texas A&M Corpus Christi and Sam Houston at the Bearkat Classic on Friday.

How it Happened (GM1)
- Sam Rohwer hit a leadoff single and then advanced to second on a wild pitch in the top of the second inning. Meaghan Houk hit a single, and then the Bulldogs attempted a double steal, forcing a throwing error (1-0). Houk was brought in a wild pitch (2-0).
- The Islanders scored three runs on a double and single in the bottom of the third inning to take the lead (3-2).
- In the top of the sixth inning, Houk hit a single, then stole second, while Bryce Clendenin hit a single and then stole second, putting runners on second and third. Alexis Larrow drew a walk, and then the Bulldogs scored three straight runs on two bases-loaded walks and a throwing error (5-3).
