SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant men's basketball team heads to Providence on Friday night to face in-state rival Brown at the Pizzitola Sports Center. Tip is set for 7:00 p.m.
Friday's matchup kicks off the annual rivalry weekend in Rhode Island as Providence and Rhode Island meet Saturday at noon at the AMP.

BRYANT DOWNS STONEHILL ON TUESDAY NIGHT
- Bryant fell behind 9-0 early but rebounded to defeat Stonehill, 77-65, on Tuesday night at the Chace Athletic Center.
- The Bulldogs shot a season-best 50.9 percent and posted a season-high 18 assists in the contest.
- Ty Tabales led six Bulldogs in double figures with 18 points and seven assists. Quincy Allen (13), Keegan Harvey (12), Ashley Sims II (11), Timofei Rudovskii (10) and Ethane Bourgade (10) all finished in double figures.
TABALES SHINING IN ROOKIE SEASON
- Ty Tabales stepped in as Bryant's starting point guard as a true freshman this season and is quickly making his mark.
- Tabales was named the America East Rookie of the Week on Monday, becoming the first Bulldog to win an AE ROTW award in Bryant's four seasons as a member and the first Bulldog to win a rookie of the week honor since Charles Pride was named NEC Rookie of the Week on Mar. 2, 2020.
- In addition, Tabales joined Ikenna Ndugba, Joe Kasperzyk, Michael Green III and Corey Maynard as the only freshmen in DI program history to record 7+ assists in a single game when he posted seven helpers vs Stonehill.
FIVE MORE THINGS TO KNOW
- Ty Tabales has scored in double figures in each of the last four games, averaging 13.6 ppg in the stretch. Tabales has posted 15 assists and just four turnovers in his last three games.
- Timofei Rudovskii extended his double-figure scoring streak to nine games with 10 points on Tuesday night. He leads the Bulldogs with 12.1 ppg and is shooting 35 percent from three.
- Keegan Harvey is averaging 9.0 ppg and 5.0 rpg over his last five games. That stretch includes 12-point games against Virginia Tech and Stonehill.
