SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant men's basketball team welcomes Marist to the Chace Athletic Center on Saturday (Dec. 13) afternoon. Tip is set for 4:00 p.m.
Saturday marks Bryant's final game before finals and its penultimate non-conference home game. After Saturday, Bryant will be off until Dec. 22 when it travels to High Point.
Also on Saturday, Bryant will hold a special retirement celebration for Tupper II at halftime. Tupper II has served as the live Bulldog mascot since the spring of 2018.

BRYANT FALLS AT IONA ON WEDNESDAY
- Bryant trailed by as many as 11 points in the first half but rallied to tie the game at 32 and 48 in an eventual 69-63 loss at Iona.

DAVIS SHINES IN FIRST CAREER START
- Aaron Davis III made his first career start on Wednesday at Iona and delivered, pouring in a career-high 18 points on 6-of-8 shooting from three.
- He also contributed three rebounds, two steals and a career-high three blocks in a career high 34 minutes.
FIVE MORE THINGS TO KNOW
- Timofei Rudovskii produced his first-career double-double on Wednesday at Iona, finishing with 17 points and 11 rebounds. He was 5-of-10 from three and is now 14-of-28 from three over his last five games.Rudovskii leads Bryant in three point shooting at 37 percent.
- Ashley Sims II became the first Bryant freshman in DI program history to record 8+ pts, 12+ reb and 5+ ast when he posted 8-12-5 at Iona. He is now averaging 4.3 apg over his last three games. The 12 rebounds were also a caerer high for Sims.
- Tabales' enters Saturday averaging 13.3 ppg over his last six and 5.3 apg over his last four. In the last four games, Tabales has posted assist totals of 6, 7 and 7.
- Entering Wednesday night, Davis was just 7-of-25 from three on the season. After making 6-of-8 from three, Davis is now shooting 39 percent from three on the year.
- Bryant has blocked 16 shots in the last two games and is now averaging 4.5 bpg on the season.
A BIT ABOUT MARIST
- Marist enters Saturday with a 6-2 overall record following a 2-0 start to MAAC play last weekend.
- The Red Foxes are allowing just 60 ppg on the year, ranking 32nd nationally in defensive efficiency according to KenPom.
- Rhyjon Blackwell leads Marist with 14.8 ppg and 5.5 rpg.
