BOSTON -- The Bryant women's swimming and diving duo of Rube Tonelli-Smith and
Megan Beasley were recognized as America East Swimmer and Diver of the Week, respectively, on Monday.
It marks the second-straight week that they've both been recognized, while Beasley picks up her third-straight diver of the week honor.
Ruby Tonelli-Smith, Bryant – Sr., Ventura, Calif.
- Posted CSCAA A cut times in the 100 fly (53.12) and the 200 fly (1:58.32) at the Terrier Invite. Her 200 fly time is 2 seconds faster than any other swimmer in the league.
- Also has the second-fasted 200 IM in the conference (2:03.72) and ranks seventh in the 100 back 56.85).
- This is Tonelli-Smith's second #AESD Swimmer of the Week honor of the season.
Megan Beasley, Bryant – Jr., Harrogate, England
- Won both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events at the Terrier Invite.
- Her 1-meter score of 292.05 is tops in the league and she is still the only 3-meter diver over 285.
- This is Beasley's third #AESD Diver of the Week honor of the season.
