ORLANDO, F.L. – The Bryant women's bowling team started their season down south this weekend, competing in the Destination Orlando tournament.

The Bulldogs had an impressive showing, defeating four ranked opponents including No. 6 Arkansas State, No. 12 Duquesne, No. 14 Mount St. Mary's, and No. 16 University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Bryant finished 13^th out of 24^th with a 7-6 overall record in Orlando.

Friday – Oct. 24^th
Bryant started their season with a win over No. 6 Arkansas State. They finished with a 3-2 record for the day. Jessica Swenson led the team with a 20.18 baker frame average.

Saturday – Oct. 25^th
The Bulldogs started the day with another nationally ranked win over No. 14 Mount St. Mary's. They proceeded to go 1-4 the rest of the day. Olivia Hillman led the team, finishing 22^nd individually with a total score of 971.

Sunday – Oct. 26^th
Bryant went 3-0 on the day, finishing 13^th overall in the tournament. They defeated two nationally ranked teams again, including No. 12 Duquesne and No. 16 University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Hillman led the team again, finishing with a 22.64 baker average. Madison Damer also had a standout performance, finishing with a 20.75 baker average.
