MEN'S SOCCER COMPLETES OCEAN STATE GAUNTLET, BEAT BROWN 3-0

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The No. 2 Bryant University men's soccer team defeated Brown University on the road Tuesday, earning a 12th consecutive victory off three goals and a clean sheet.

The nation's longest winning streak keeps chugging as the record for Bryant on the season is 12-0-1. The Bulldogs fought hard and closed out the ninth non-conference win of the season. The Black and Gold are undefeated against Rhode Island competition this season.

63:56 Ramon Camejo rose to the challenge and made a critical save, reacting quickly and diving with all his might, getting a hand on the headed ball to keep the clean sheet.

36:07 Paco Fernandez kicked a corner into the box. Abdel Talabi was able to calculate where the ball would be in an instant and drove a header firmly into the box for the first goal of the match.
67:33 Jaime Amaro drilled a penalty kick following a tackle against Marc Pitarch Bayot in the box.
83:14 Ramon Camejo launched the ball all the way across the pitch. Marc Pitarch Bayot volleyed the ball off his chest to Fermin Rodriguez who passed the ball up field. Pitarch Bayot followed the ball and took it into open space, got past a defender and kicked the ball horizontally across the box. The opposing goalkeeper sprawled out to get a hand on it but it was not enough as Paco Fernandez drilled the ball into the goal.
