Volleyball returns home to face Merrimack

SMITHFIELD, R.I.- The Bryant women's volleyball team returns home tomorrow to take on the visiting Merrimack Warriors in a non-conference matchup. First serve is set for 7:00 PM.

Bulldog Notes and Notables

Arianna Ugolini was named MVP of the Black Knight Invitational after helping the Bulldogs go 4-0 on the week (3-0 in the tournament). At West Point she had 37 kills (3.7 k/s) and also had double digit digs against Sacred Heart and Army.
Carolina Camacho was named to the Black Knight Invitational All-Tournament Team. In a 4-0 week for the Bulldogs she had 5.8 assists per set and had a .389 set %.
London Hunt leads the America East Conference in hitting percentage (.361).
Aubrey LaPour was also named to the All-Tournament team at West Point. Through 10 sets she had 37 kills (3.7 k/s), 7 blocks, and 3 aces.
Carrina Barron averaged 4.77 digs per set last week. Against Sacred Heart, she had 22 digs.

Scouting the Warriors

Merrimack's offense is led by Hannah Webber and Julz Carlat. Webber has a team leading 90 kills (2.57 k/s) while Carlat has 88 (2.51 k/s).
Sophia DeBonis and Lilly Konrad have been the main facilitators of the Warriors offense. The two of them have combined for over 275 assists with DeBonis leading the pair with 152. Konrad also leads the team in service aces this season with 12.
Morgan Thurlow leads the Warriors defense with 28 blocks so far this season.
Lauryn Mattiucci leads the team in digs with 100 (2.86 dig/s).
The Warriors are coached by Ray Lewis, he is in his second season with the team.
