SMITHFIELD, R.I. - The Bryant University football team, in conjunction with CAA Football, released the 12-game schedule for the 2025 season.
Bryant will play 12 games for the second straight season and will play a pair of FBS programs in the same season for the first time in program history.
The Bulldogs begin the 2025 season by traveling to Las Cruces, New Mexico, to face New Mexico State on August 30th. They will then take the short trip to the Bay State and square off with UMass on September 6th. This is the first time the Black and Gold will face two FBS teams in the same season. Bryant is 0-3 all-time against FBS opponents.
Bryant will unveil its new stadium renovation on September 13 as its hosts former NE-10 rival Bentley College. The Black and Gold will then hit the road to open CAA Football play, traveling to Buies Creek, N.C., to face Campbell. Bryant defeated the Camels, 43-37, in 2022 when they members of the Big South.
Bryant will then have a three-game homestand, it's first since 2013, during which they will face Towson (Sep. 27), Maine (Oct. 4), and Brown (Oct. 11) before having a bye week. The Bulldogs will be facing Towson for the first time in program history and will host Maine for the first time since defeating the Black Bears, 13-10, in 2014.Â
The Bulldogs finish October with a conference match up against intrastate rival URI in Kingston and then welcome Monmouth to begin the month of November on Nov. 1. It will be Monmouth's first trip to Smithfield since the 2013 season.
The Black and Gold will then head to UAlbany (Nov. 8) before hosting New Hampshire (Nov. 15) for the first time in program history. The Bulldogs close the regular season at Stony Brook (Nov. 22).
Game times and ticket information for the 2025 season will be announced in the coming weeks.
