SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant men's basketball team renews an old NE-10 rivalry on Thursday night as it makes the short trip to Easton, Mass., to face Stonehill. Tip is set for 7:00 p.m.
Bryant is in the midst of seven consecutive games away from home, having won each of its first two road games. The Bulldogs defeated Buffalo last Thurday and Delaware on Monday night.

THE SERIES
- Bryant and Stonehill are meeting for the first time as Division I opponents after meeting 66 times as Division II foes.
- The Skyhawks won eight of the final nine meetings between the two teams as NE-10 foes, including a 63-54 win on Feb. 19, 2008.
BRYANT HOLDS ON TO DEFEAT DELAWARE
- Bryant built a 16-point second half lead but needed a defensive stand as time expired to earn a 85-84 victory over Delaware on Monday.
- Barry Evans led the way with a career-high 25 points, while Earl Timberlake chipped in 14 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists.
B5 TAKING OFF
- After posting double figure scoring just twice in 65 games at St. Bonaventure, Evans has posted double-digit scoring efforts in each of his four games with the Bulldogs.
- Evans had a career night at Delaware, going 10-of-14 from the field to finish with 25 points. He added eight rebounds and is now averaging 15.8 ppg and 6.5 rpg.
FIVE MORE THINGS TO KNOW
- Bryant has started 2-0 on the road for the first time in DI program history. The Bulldogs are in the midst of a season long seven-game stretch away from the Chace.
- Earl Timberlake was named to the early season watch list for the Lou Henson Award, presented annually to the best player in mid-major college basketball. Timberlake is averaging 13.0 ppg, 8.8 rpg and 6.3 apg this season.
- Rafael Pinzon has also scored in double figures in all four games this season and is currently shooting 50 percent (11-of-22) from three on the year. He has made multiple three-pointers in all three games vs DI opponents.
- Connor Withers has 900 points, 570 rebounds, 222 assists, 128 blocks and 142 steals in 118 career games. Withers currently ranks 38th nationally with 2.00 blocks per game.
- Kam Farris is averaging 10.3 ppg after averaging a career-low 4.8 ppg last season at Marist. He has finished in double figures in three of the four games, posting a season-high 13 at Delaware on Monday.
