WILLIAMSBURG, VA. – The Bryant University football team fell to William & Mary by a score of 22-12 on Saturday in Virginia.
Landon Ruggieri tallied a touchdown, 112 yards, and nine catches.
Dylan Kedzior had 91 yards on the ground, and
Jarrett Guest threw for 263 yards and a score in his return.
Colin Elliott led the team in tackles with seven and had an interception and TFL.
Nathan Voorhis and
Ben Silver recorded a sack, and
Bryce Soli converted two field goals.

- The Bulldogs were down by ten in the fourth quarter and got to the one yard line but then were stopped and set up for a field goal, which was blocked.
How it Happened
- The Tribe received the opening kickoff and recorded an 11-play touchdown drive that was scored on a ten-yard pass over the middle. The Bulldogs jumped offsides on the try, leading to a 2-point conversion (8-0).
- William & Mary muffed a punt, which was recovered by the Black and Gold. Bryant was stopped, and on the next punt, the Tribe ran it back for a 90-yard touchdown (15-0).
- The Black and Gold received a touchback with eight minutes left in the half. Gues would then lead a drive, finding Ruggieri twice for 35 yards and Aldrich Doe for ten. Guest then hit Ruggieri in the corner of the endzone for the score. The call originally was ruled incomplete, but after review, it was reversed to a touchdown (15-6).
- William and Mary went for it on 4th and down from the Bulldog's 35-yard line but was stopped short, giving the ball back to Bryant. The Black and Gold then produced an eight-yard drive that led to a 35-yard Bryce Soli field goal as the half expired (15-9).
- The Bulldogs began the second half with the ball and drove down the field behind two catches by Drew Montez for 33 yards, setting up a 23-yard field goal from Soli to get within three (15-12).
- On the Tribe's first drive of the fourth quarter, they broke off a 62-yard rushing TD on the first play (22-12).
